A Little Something

đ”Have a holly, jolly Yulemas! Itâs the best time of the year!đ”Â
Things were quiet at home this year. We were all nursing colds (especially me). Alice had a mountain of gifts to open. She pretty much pooped out halfway through, but she really loves everything that she got. Well, not so much the clothes or the boring stuff like shampoo …Â
It was good thought. We are ham. Alice got a replica Dyson vacuum and she spent the day âcleaningâ the house and playing with her new Mickey and Minnie cars. All in all, a great holiday.Â

Holiday Prep
It's almost that time of year again. Lights flicker. Snow falls. Familiar music pipes in, surrounding us all and enveloping us in a warm hug as if to say, "You're home now." The woosh of the engines lulls us into comfort ... I am, of course, talking about the Doctor...
So Easy!
This Comic Didnât Get Made, and Thatâs Okay: The True Story of What Really Happens to Stressed Out Sleep Deprived Cartoonists with a Self-Imposed Deadline People ask me all the time how I manage to do so much with an eight-month-old baby at home. I don't actually...
Comic Still Baking

A Hole Lotta Love
Remind me to never ever say to anyone ever again, "At least it could be worse." It's the thing we say to each other when we hear terrible news and don't know how to respond. We think we sound sympathetic and supportive. We don't. We sound like we are diminishing each...
Kisses For Alice
True story. I was headed to work. It was one of two nights a month where I actually have a more traditional job. I work with adults with developmental disabilities. It was a Halloween themed dance so I dressed up as a witch. Normally, I would go as a Ghostbuster, but...
